Every exercise has its own records.
Heaviest set, most repetitions, best set volume. For cardio, the longest distance and the longest time. The app marks a new record in the middle of your workout.
- Delete a workout and the totals and records are recalculated without it
- The server counts the records, so they’re the same on every device
Front and back, on your own figure.
After every workout the app works out the load on each muscle and roughly how many hours it needs to recover. Women see a woman’s figure, men a man’s.
- A suggestion every day: what today is good for, or whether rest and light mobility is better
- No training in the last 7 days means every muscle is ready
