How to delete your GetFit Georgia account, what gets deleted, and how to manage your choices.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Profile
- Go to Settings
- Choose “Deactivate account” and confirm
Your account is blocked straight away and you’re signed out on every device. Your posts, photos, avatar, coach conversations, training summary and registered phones are removed straight away. Full deletion of the rest is processed after the request, within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account data, workout history, records, settings, coach conversations, posts and their photos, your avatar, the training summary shown on your profile, the phones registered for notifications, and Leaderboard data. Only records that law or accounting obligations require us to keep may be retained, for a limited time.
Please note: Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it separately: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Can’t get into the app?
Write to info@dgr.ge from the email you created the account with, and we will delete it for you. You can ask for a copy of your data or a correction at the same address. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
