Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the GetFit Georgia app and website. The service is operated by DGR 2026 LLC (7 Mzia Jincharadze Street, Tbilisi 0180, Georgia). By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. The service and eligibility

GetFit Georgia is a workout tracker: workout logging, an exercise library, progress insights, cloud sync, a leaderboard and a text-based AI Coach. The service is available to persons aged 16 and over.

2. Trial and subscription

Your first 7 days include full access to every feature. After the trial, access continues with the auto-renewable GetFit Georgia PRO subscription — a monthly or annual plan. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The actual transaction price is always the price displayed on your App Store/Google Play storefront.

3. Cancellation and restoring purchases

Cancel via your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Apple's subscriptions page). After cancellation, PRO access continues until the end of the paid period. Restore purchases in the app: Profile → Settings → “Restore purchases”.

4. AI Coach and usage limits

AI Coach operates under fair-use limits: during the trial — 5 requests per day and 25 in total; with PRO — 5 requests per day and 100 per month. Limits may change to protect service stability. Circumventing limits, automated requests and abuse of the service are prohibited.

5. Health and safety

Training is your responsibility: choose loads appropriate to your preparation and stop exercising if you feel unwell or experience concerning symptoms. AI Coach recommendations may be incomplete or unsuitable for you — they are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a doctor or qualified trainer.

6. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, use another person's account, attempt to breach system security, manipulate leaderboard data or mass-copy content.

7. Intellectual property

The app, exercise catalogue, video material and brand are the property of DGR 2026 LLC. Materials may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app. The workout data you log is yours.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app — see Account & data. We may restrict or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel it separately in the App Store.

9. Liability and governing law

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, DGR 2026 LLC is not liable for indirect damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Questions: info@dgr.ge.
