GetFit These terms govern your use of the GetFit Georgia app and website. The service is operated by DGR 2026 LLC (Tbilisi, Georgia). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service and age
GetFit Georgia is a training app: weekly plans for the gym and home, workout logging, progress and the recovery map, cloud sync, the Feed and Leaderboard, and a text-based AI Coach. The service is for people aged 18 and over.
2. Free version and plans
Free: a 7-day beginner program, 20 minutes of video a month, the recovery map, progress and viewing the Feed. Everything else is in four auto-renewing plans: Tracker + Feed, Gym, Home and Pro, billed monthly or yearly. What each includes is on the pricing page.
3. Free trial and automatic renewal
Every plan has a 7-day free trial. It works once per Apple ID, across all plans together. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The charge is made to your Apple ID account. The actual price of the transaction is the one shown in the App Store.
4. Changing, cancelling and restoring
You change and cancel your plan in your App Store account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Moving to a higher plan takes effect straight away, to a lower one from the next renewal. After you cancel, access stays until the end of the period you paid for. To restore purchases: Profile → Settings → “Restore purchases”.
5. Refunds
Apple processes payments, so refunds follow Apple’s rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. AI Coach and limits
The coach works within fair use: the free version includes 10 questions a day; with a subscription (any plan) the coach has no limit. Limits may change to keep the service sustainable. Getting around the limits, automated requests and abusing the service are not allowed.
7. Videos and content
Exercise videos are used under licence. You may watch them only inside the app, for personal, non-commercial use. On the free version and the Tracker plan, video is limited to 20 minutes a month.
8. Community: the Feed and Leaderboard
The Feed shows photos of finished workouts, under the app’s rules. Others see a Workout Moment only after it has been checked. The caption is checked by rules on our server. The photo is checked automatically by an AI service: when you share a moment, a reduced copy of its photo is sent, through OpenRouter, to an Anthropic AI model to decide whether it fits the community’s rules, and is used for nothing else. A photo the check cannot decide on is held, visible to you alone, until a member of our team looks at it; the team also looks at content other members report. We may remove content that breaks the rules and restrict an account. The server counts Leaderboard points; manipulating them is not allowed.
9. Health and safety
Training is your responsibility: choose a load that suits your fitness and stop if you feel unwell. The AI Coach’s recommendations may be incomplete or unsuitable for you — they are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor or a qualified trainer.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, use someone else’s account, try to break the system’s security, manipulate Leaderboard data or copy content in bulk.
11. Intellectual property
The app, brand, software and original content belong to DGR 2026 LLC or are used under licence. The workout data you record is yours.
12. Ending your account
You can deactivate your account in the app — see Account & data. We may restrict or end an account for a serious breach of these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel it separately in the App Store.
13. Apple’s terms
Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the app downloaded from the App Store: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
14. Liability and governing law
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, DGR 2026 LLC is not liable for indirect damage. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Questions: info@dgr.ge.
