Privacy Policy

1. What we collect and why
- Account data — name, email, authentication identifiers. Purpose: account creation, sign-in and cross-device sync.
- Workout data — logged workouts, sets, reps, weight, time, distance, personal records. Purpose: history, progress insights and the leaderboard.
- Settings — language, units, goals, app configuration. Purpose: tailoring your experience.
- Subscription identifiers — App Store/Google Play transaction and entitlement identifiers. Purpose: verifying PRO access. We never receive your card details — payments are processed by Apple or Google.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and technical logs. Purpose: improving stability.
- AI Coach text — your text requests and the relevant training context (goal, recent workouts, equipment). Purpose: workout generation and guidance.
2. Who we share data with
Data is processed only with partners required to deliver the service: Appwrite (backend — accounts, storage and sync), an AI provider (processing AI Coach text requests) and Apple / Google (subscription processing). We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
3. AI Coach and your data
Only your text request and training-related context are sent to the AI provider. Photo, video, audio and file upload are not supported in V1 — so no such content is transmitted. AI conversations are stored for usage-limit accounting and service maintenance, subject to the retention terms below.
4. How long we keep data
Account and workout data are kept while your account is active. On account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except records we must retain for legal or accounting obligations. Diagnostic logs are kept for a limited period.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to info@dgr.ge. Account deletion is available directly in the app — details on the Account & data page.
6. Security and international transfers
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable industry-standard measures. Our service providers' infrastructure may be located outside Georgia; where it is, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards.
7. Minimum age
GetFit Georgia is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you learn that a younger person has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
When we update this policy, we will change the text on this page and the effective date. For material changes we will additionally notify you in the app.
